There are so many condiments on the table that the pork cutlet disappears before you can try them all.

Rice refills are available. It would have been nice if the cabbage refills were available too...

It was very delicious and good value for money.

The restaurant is small.

There's no waiting area.

I recommend writing your name down and waiting in your car.

My youngest daughter wanted to go to a delicious tonkatsu restaurant she saw on Instagram, so we drove all the way to Ise.
It was a weekday, and we arrived just after 1 PM, so we were able to get in without waiting in line.
We ordered the limited-time special, the Oni-Oroshi Loin Cutlet Set Meal.
We added extra oni-oroshi (grated daikon radish).
First, we tried it plain; the sweetness of the meat was delicious.
Next, with wasabi soy sauce; the spiciness gave it a more mature taste.
Next, of course, with the oni-oroshi.
It was irresistible for someone who loves grated daikon radish.
The crunchy texture was delicious.
My daughter had the Special Fillet Set Meal and ate it saying it was super delicious.

トンカツとは思えない軽さ。リーズナブルなのもグッド

It's surprisingly light for a tonkatsu (pork cutlet). The reasonable price is also a plus.

The meat was incredibly tender, and even the fried food was light and refreshing; I felt like I could eat it forever.

This was my first visit, and I had the ribeye and tenderloin tasting set. I like sirloin, but the tenderness, texture, and flavor of the lean meat (excluding the fat) were so refined. It was unlike anything I'd ever tasted before, and incredibly delicious.

The prices were reasonable, and the restaurant was clean and very nice, but it's a shame that the staff seemed generally lethargic and unmotivated.

Tout est parfait merci beaucoup !!!!!
Rien à redire à part foncez !!! (Translated by Google) Everything is perfect, thank you so much!!!!!

I made a reservation for Sunday lunch and visited the restaurant.

The restaurant opens at 11:00 AM.

There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant.

The table was equipped with sesame dressing, truffle dressing, tonkatsu soy sauce, tonkatsu sauce, pickled plum paste, salt, olive oil, mustard, and garam masala.

Although I placed my order at the time of reservation, the normal ordering method is to scan a code on the menu and order via smartphone.

On this day, I ordered the Chateaubriand set meal, the special fillet set meal, and the ribeye set meal, which I couldn't try last time.

Rice refills are free once.

The shredded cabbage was finely shredded and fluffy, and there was no bitterness from being pre-cut; it was delicious.

On this day, I ate the tonkatsu with the wasabi and salt provided.

I paid using PayPay.

The restaurant's name is "Forty-Three."

The owner is the former number 4 jersey number worn by Egawa, who also played for the Hawks baseball team.

He's a home run hitter who was drafted from his local area.

It was a nice restaurant and the food was delicious. If you want to order takeout, I think you need to order early because it takes a while. It's great to try different flavors. I want to eat there again.

低温調理が成せる食感。オリーブオイル&塩など、様々な調理法で食べられる。インスタフォローでデザート無料&ご飯1杯おかわり無料はこのご時世ありがたいです。

The texture is achieved through low-temperature cooking. It can be enjoyed in various ways, such as with olive oil and salt. Free dessert and one free rice refill for following on Instagram is a welcome perk in these times.
